I stayed in the smallest room, the pocket room. Bed was good, shower was nice. But there was mold and even a snail near the windows. Not very healthy. Location is not the best either. Whitechapel does not feel very safe.

Gammal fabriksbyggnad och hotellet är otroligt. Fräscht, modernt inrett med trevlig personal. Allt man kan önska i ett hotell. Området är bra och det är perfekt gångavstånd till finansdistrikten och bara ett stenkast från närmaste underground. Frukosten var vällagad på beställning. En superbra upplevelse.

Ondanks de ligging een bijzonder goed hotel, vlakbij de metro met ultra vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Traditioneel zeer goed ontbijt en dito restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The bed and shower were GREAT; apart from that, unfortunately, my experience fell short in multiple ways. First, the food. The pizza was advertised as "fresh," but when my partner and I tried to order one, we were told there was "only a chicken pizza left." That screams pre-made to me, definitely not fresh. This feels like blatant false advertising, which is disappointing. One unique feature was the ability to join a WhatsApp group to communicate with staff directly from your room. While this is a cool idea, the execution was poor. For a "4-star hotel," the staff's English grammar and overall proficiency were rather poor in the messages. They were riddled with errors, which gave a cheap and unprofessional vibe. If a hotel is "4-star," it's not unreasonable to expect staff to be able to text good English. On top of this, the room's big TV might as well have been just for show. It only had Freeview and no smart features. In today's world, that's pretty outdated and made the TV feel rather pointless. Overall, the combination of false advertising with the pizza, unprofessional communication via text, and outdated TV setup left me a bit underwhelmed. This place might claim to be 4 stars, but it certainly fell short in more than one area. Fix the pizza, English proficiency, and TV, and I will take no issue with the "4-star" title. Until then, I wouldn't call this a 4-star experience.

Where should I begin? We wanted to spend some time together for our anniversary. At the end we can say it was not relaxing at all. We didn’t like the area - felt quiet unsafe in the evening/night. Subway is like a 10min walk which was good. The rooms: unbelievable. There’s currently some constructions going on which woke us up every morning 7am. It literally felt like they were in our room. The windows have absolutely no isolation. When the AC started to make sounds in the night we requested a new room. Moving in on the other side of the building and the sounds were much better - still this room was like a shoe box/ before we had the disabled room. Besides that the rooms are just bad equipped. For that price I expect some more things like a mirror for makeup, better lighting, cosmetic tools and space to lay down my belonging like at least some hooks. The bed mattress is hard as a stone and all they offered was an additional blanket which the put under the bed sheets. Didn’t help at all of course. Well, so we won’t come again, too many things just didn’t felt right, especially when you spend so much money to finally get some relaxing time over new years.

Noi ci siamo trovati in questo hotel per sbaglio ma devo dire che è stato una fortuna perché siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla camera alla gentilezza del personale, la sala per la colazione molto accogliente con questo stile soft industrial che mi ha fatto stare a mio agio e infine la posizione ottima vicino alle metro che collegano ovunque quindi lo consiglio vivamente

We stayed for 3 nights in November. The hotel was very nice! Clean, friendly staff, great drinks and very good pizza🤓. We stayed in the pocket room and because we were out all day it was the perfect size. Driving into the Centre by tube was also easy since the „whitechapel“ station was only a corner away. Very nice vibes in the hotel.

Room was 3rd floor and sounded like I was sreeet level with window open. CONSTANT horn thinking and sirens and I could even hear street conversations. Lots of other room noise as well including loud popping sounds and water in exposed pipes. Bathroom has no way to close off shower so water goes all over everything in the bathroom including the floor and toilet. Nothing like getting up to go the bathroom including the middle of the night to sit on a dipping wet toilet seat and get soaking wet socks from a shower hours earlier. No coffee tea or water in the room. You have to go to a shared amenities area. Don’t like having to get fully dressed including shoes just to get hot water for tea before bed. Lighting is really dim especially in the area meant to be like a vanity - there is no light at all there so it’s useless for makeup. Hair dryers and hot tools cannot be plugged in in the bathroom so you have to style your hair in the main area but the only place to put you hair brushes tools etc is a stool - which also is the only thing to use as a seat and the only thing to use as a bedside table. Area isn’t great. Nothing good for food or shopping until you walk at least 1km. Would not recommend.

Great, spacious room, with comfy bed and good amenities. Reception was lovely and helpful and gave us a late checkout without hesitation! 10 out of 10 made celebrating a birthday a great time.

Wifi was terrible as i had to take office calls, couldn't sleep as the rooms don't have sound proof windows could hear the traffic noise throughout the night

Lovely, stylish and clean hotel in Whitechapel. Had a nice room facing the back, so it was really quiet. The room was nice with a cozy and comfy bed and a big TV. Would be nice to have a little bit more storage like shelves or coat hooks. Location close to Whitechapel station and Aldgate. Friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely book again.

Ok location- bare in mind it will be loud when you stay in this hotel. Staff was ok. Overall the hotel was ok. My only issue was my bedding. It was not changed as there was hair left, stain marks basically smelled of someone else's BO! It was so filthy taht even mattress protector was yellow of how bad it was. I was accused of using the bed even though we just arrived left our bags and went out. The staff tried to make it seem I was making it up, saying I should have said sonethjng before I left. How if we didn't even use the bed? The impression I got was of not wanting to take accountability and trying to shift the blame. Was I offer any compensation or refund as stated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the case of a service not being performed with the reasonable care and skill? Nope! Instead they send someone whose jobs is not room service, that was not trained to do so. Not to put the blame on this poor man.

Stayed here on my wedding night. Booked the Jacuzzi roof top room. Room & service was 10/10. Although they don't offer a concierge service the 2 guys at reception helped with luggage and we were checked in very quickly and pretty much went straight to our room which the help of the staff carrying our luggage. We were given complimentary drinks and late check out, which was very nice of them. Thank you to the guys at reception, we'll be visiting again for sure!

L’hôtel est très sympa, les chambres spacieuse et le lit 10/10 vraiment très grand lit confortable, très très bien situé. Nous sommes à côté de tout, il y a aussi une mosquée pas loin ainsi que le UpMarket que je vous recommande vivement. Seul soucis c’est l’isolation des fenêtres mais nous le savions déjà avant la location, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger pensez à prendre des boul caisses.

Very good hotel. Ideal location 5 minutes from the metro. Clean room, quite sufficient space and a very large bed. Very friendly staff, special mention to the staff at reception day and night, very friendly and accommodating. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Loved the amazing location, the friendly staff and cleanliness, however the bathroom design was not my favourite to due to lack of privacy. All in all, 4/5 ⭐️
